The Block Party Committee would like to welcome Giuseppe's Ristorante and Piano Bar to downtown Gloucester. Especially for the Block Party they will open at 1pm for pizza, with their full menu available at 4pm. Plus Joe Thomas will make a special Sunday appearance at the Piano Bar.
